How long will it take for my order to ship out?

- Please allow up to 2-3 days for safety keychains and 3-5 days for apparel to be shipped out. If you need your products by a certain date, please reach out to us first. 

Do you allow local pick up? 

- Local pick up is available in Sherbrooke and Brossard, Quebec, Canada. Contact us to set up the pick up time and date.

Do you take customized order?

- Please contact us regarding the customized orders. We will try our best to suit your needs. 

Can I add my own text or image to items?

- Most of our inventories are fully customizable. If there is a specific text or image you would like to add, please email us madebyicing@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram at @madebyicingg

Is the colour on my display the exact colour I will receive?

- Actual print colours may vary slightly from your device screen. Every display shows colours differently, therefore, we cannot guarantee the colour you see perfectly matches the colour of the product.
